Returns & Refunds (UK Only)

We hope you love your Mama’s Mumins book. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused, unread, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at hello@mamasmumins.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your book is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mamasmumins.com, and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
